About LuriaLab
LuriaLab makes validated psychological screening tools accessible online — private, free to take, and written for education and self-reflection. We are not a clinic and do not provide diagnoses or treatment.
Our mission
We help individuals and professionals understand validated assessments — what they measure, how scores are interpreted, and when it may help to speak with a licensed clinician. Evidence-based tools should be easy to find, clear to read, and honest about their limits.
What we offer
- A library of validated self-assessment tools with instant scoring where available
- Plain-language guides, glossary terms, and educational articles
- Optional paid action-plan PDFs for selected screens (educational roadmaps, not therapy)
- Tools for mental health professionals to assign tests and review reports
How we approach content
Screening pages cite established instruments and clinical references where available. Blog and glossary content is written for education, reviewed against evidence-based sources, and labelled as screening — not diagnosis. Site-wide educational pages are maintained by the LuriaLab editorial team.
Important
LuriaLab screenings are educational tools. They do not replace evaluation by a licensed mental health or medical professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
